Do you have the ability to support and inspire students? Elementa is recruiting a year 4 primary teacher for a modern and successful primary school in the Brislington area of Bristol. This is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, starting on April 22nd and due to finish around July 19th. The first week would be a handover week with the current year 4 teacher, allowing a smooth transition and getting to know pupils and staff before commencing the full teaching role the following week.
Working as a Primary Teacher is a truly rewarding role, laying the foundations for our younger generation to develop in their later years. Being a teacher doesn’t come without a challenge, therefore the ability to adapt to unexpected situations, whilst remaining calm under pressure would be required. You should be caring and have the drive and passion to continue to develop strong relationships with students, staff, parents, governors and the local community.
A UK-recognised teaching qualification is essential for this role and would suit experienced teachers or ECTs equally.
