Elementa Support Services is working closely with primary and secondary schools across Wales to recruit Welsh-speaking Cover Supervisors to support classrooms and ensure continuity of learning.

The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher

Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment

Support pupils with their learning and engagement

Communicate confidently in Welsh to support Welsh-medium and bilingual settings
-
Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For

Fluent Welsh speaker (essential)

Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)

Strong classroom presence and confidence managing groups of learners

Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply – we can help)

Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration (or willingness to register)
