Pay: £87.43 - £110 per day

Elementa is recruiting for a Learning Mentor to support children on a 1:1 basis and within small groups, outside of the classroom environment. The role will require supporting students outside of the classroom, giving them the additional time and support needed to help them succeed and progress with their learning. it will be necessary to build a positive relationships with the students, to ensure trust is gained, but also to be able to put in the appropriate boundaries in place to help them follow their timetable. We are looking for a supportive and caring individual who can build a trusting relationship with the children, in order to help develop their educational needs.
