We are inviting applications from Learning Support Assistants with good experience of working with children that display challenging behaviours. The SEND children you’ll be working with have an EHCP for ASC (Autism) and SEMH. The ideal person this role will have good ability at engaging students and have good team working skills.
There are temporary, contract and permanent opportunities available. If you’re able to commit on a full time basis, during normal school hours and have good experience, we’d very much like to hear from you.
Permanent opportunities will start on 12 week trial basis initially with a transfer to permanent contract after satisfactory completion.

This role will be run through Elementa Education. All candidates working through Elementa are expected to engage with their respective role as if employed permanently from the outset. You will need to attend any required meetings & training sessions.
