Elementa are a recruitment partner for this school and we're supporting in recruiting a Science Teacher to join the department team.
The Science team at this school have recently welcomed a new Head of Department, bringing fresh energy and direction. There is a renewed buzz within the department, and the focus is to find and welcome a new team member who shares this enthusiasm. The Science department benefits from well-equipped laboratories and a collaborative working environment, with all staff being subject specialists who work closely together.
The school delivers to Key Stage 3 & 4 students and is a well-established community school, based in a small town with a catchment area also drawing from rural areas. The school has long enjoyed a good reputation and forms an important part of the local community. There is a bright outlook for the future, with a new school building being an eagerly anticipated positive development. While the school has historically maintained a ‘Good’ rating by Ofsted, recent inspections have identified areas for improvement. The leadership team is proactive and confident in implementing changes to restore strong outcomes.
