Type: Contract / temp-to-perm
Part-time, 12:30pm - 4:30pm, Monday - to Friday
Dates: 11th October 2021 - until further notice (possibly permanent)
Remuneration: £9.23 - £13.85
This role is at a large secondary school academy based in the suburbs of Bristol. The job role itself will involve:
- greeting and assisting visitors, staff & students at the school
- answering the telephone
- responding & monitoring the general school email account
- general admin tasks
The successful applicant would be the first or key point of contact for the school therefore key personal skills sought will include:
- good personal presentation
- polite, calm & courteous manner
- articulate with good communication skills
- good numeracy, literacy and general admin skills
The successful applicant will be able to support their colleagues and build rapport.
This role will be appointed for on a temporary basis with the genuine opportunity for the temporary post-holder to be considered for the permanent job opportunity. Initially the contract will be run via Elementa Support Services.
