Elementa is recruiting for a Primary Teacher for a mixed class of year 5 and year 6 students at a small Primary School on the outskirts of Taunton. The school was rated as "good" by Ofsted in 2022, which was an upgrade from its previous inspection result of "inadequate". The school worked hard through the pandemic to continue delivering an excellent learning environment for all children, and this paid off with the hard work put in to deliver the necessary improvements required.
As a Primary Teacher, you will have good classroom management and good experience in delivering engaging and insightful lessons to all learners, and with those students who will be transitioning to secondary school in September - providing them with the knowledge and advice to help them on the educational journey. Being a Primary Teacher is a rewarding role, seeing students develop and progress in and out of the classroom, it can also be challenging at times but the support of dedicated staff helps provide the learners with the best possible environment to succeed.
