Part-Time Pre-school EYFS Learning Support Assistant - Swindon

Are you a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant with a background in early years education? We are working with a reputable primary academy in Swindon seeking a Contract Pre-school EYFS Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. This opportunity offers an enriching environment where you can make a meaningful difference to young learners' lives.

About the Role

The role is to support early years children within a vibrant and nurturing pre-school setting. You will work closely with teaching staff to provide targeted support that helps develop each child's potential, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning experience. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and has experience within EYFS settings.

  • Location: Swindon
  • Start Date: 04/01/2026
  • Contract end date: 30th January 2026
  • Hours: Part-time (working hours: Mon - Fri, 08:30 - 11:30)
  • Daily Rate: £80 - £120 (full day)
  • Organisation Type: Academy - Primary, with 36-65 employees

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Learning Support Assistant within early years education, preferably with a formal qualification such as NVQ, CACHE, or NCFE Level 3 in Early Years or a related discipline. A compassionate approach, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are essential qualities.
