Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Physical Education lessons across Key Stages, including GCSE and A-Level. You will have the opportunity to inspire students to develop their physical talents and understanding of health and fitness. The role offers a supportive school environment with a focus on student engagement and achievement. You will deliver engaging PE lessons that cater to a range of abilities and ages - Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback - Support the wider school community in promoting physical wellbeing and participation - Contribute to the development of the PE curriculum and extracurricular activities
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will hold a recognised teaching qualification (QTS or QTLS) with a solid background in Physical Education. Experience in teaching practical and theoretical components of PE, including GCSE and A-Level, is essential. Additional subject expertise is beneficial, but not a requirement.
