We are recruiting for a Male P.E. Teacher for a large mainstream Academy Secondary School, in the Kingswood area of Bristol. The school is a vibrant and diverse place of education, where the school encourages “students to thrive academically; flourish and grow as young, people.”
The school is a growing organisation and is looking for a professional and ambitious individual with a passion for sport, in particular football to join the team.
You will be responsible for teaching years 7-11 (KS3 – 4), which is to include exam groups and you will also be responsible for a tutor group (year 9 TBC).
The successful applicant will be required to hold QTS and a relevant undergraduate degree, and the ability to teach Key Stage 3 & Key Stage 4. The Academy look for professionals who have excellent class management skills and have high expectations of work and behaviour.
Contract & recruitment information
This is a full-time fixed-term opportunity which will start on a 12 week trial (60 paid days) basis and will become permanent on successful completion of the trial period.
