What you'll be doing
As an NQT, you'll:

We're looking for someone who:

Is a fluent Welsh speaker (essential)

Has achieved, or is due to achieve, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Is registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willing to register
-
Is passionate about education and committed to helping every learner succeed

Has excellent communication and classroom management skills
-
Is enthusiastic, reflective, and eager to grow as an educator

Wants to make a genuine difference in Welsh-medium education
