Learning Support Assistants Wanted

Elementa Support Services are working in partnership with a range of local schools to recruit committed and caring Learning Support Assistants to support pupils across a range of educational settings.
The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with additional learning needs on a 1:1 or small-group basis
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Help create a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment
- Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and progress
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working with children (essential)
- CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (desirable)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply – we can help with this)
- Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration (required)
- A patient, adaptable, and supportive approach
