School Support Assistant – Isolation Hub
Are you passionate about making a difference in students' lives and supporting learners with challenging behaviours? Our client, an Academy-Secondary school in Fishponds, Bristol, is seeking a dedicated Isolation Hub Support Assistant to join their team on a contract basis until 19th December 2025.
About the Role
This vital position involves supporting students in the Isolation Hub, helping them to manage their behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment. You will work closely with teaching staff and other support professionals to provide tailored assistance to pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support, particularly those with challenging behaviours.
About You
- Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar support role within an educational setting.
- Background in managing challenging behaviour and supporting students in an isolation or behaviour management environment.
- A calm, patient, and resilient attitude with a commitment to creating a supportive atmosphere for learners.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
