We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive secondary school in Bristol, starting as soon as possible.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dedicated school environment, supporting students with additional learning needs and contributing to their academic and personal development.
The Role
You will be working closely with the Hub Teacher and the Student Welfare Team within the school’s Hub Centre. The centre supports learners with additional needs in collaboration with the SEND team.
Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting students with their learning and development

Delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions

Supporting learning in mainstream classroom environments
-
Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
-
Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff

Essential Qualifications & Skills

NVQ CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent experience)
