Elementa Support Services is delighted to partner with a SEND Academy in Bristol to find a dedicated and experienced Hairdressing and Barber Teacher for an open-ended contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support the development of learners in a dynamic education setting in Redfield.
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a passionate instructor with a background in hairdressing or barbering who is motivated to inspire students and foster their skills within a supportive environment. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching and practical sessions to learners, helping them achieve their potential.
Ideal Candidate Criteria:
- Experience as an Instructor, Cover Supervisor, or similar role within education
- Strong background in hairdressing and barbering
- Experience working with Public Services or within SEND settings (desirable)
- A proactive and professional approach, with excellent communication skills
