Our client is a very successful secondary school, delivering to students across Key Stages 3.-5. The school have long enjoyed an excellent reputation both for student attainment and overall standards across the school. Elementa are supporting the schools recruitment for a Teacher of Food Technology.
This role will involve the full teaching expectations for planning, preparation & assessment as per a usual teaching role. You'll need to be confident in your subject knowledge and willing to deliver the subject across key stages 3-5. Previous experience at KS5 is preferred but not essential. Teachers not specialising in the subject area but experienced and interested are encouraged to apply. There is no requirement to teach additional DT subjects so this iss a role that you'll be able to focus on. It's not yet confirmed, but not expected, that there would be a tutor group attached to the role, however it would be a year group tutor group if so (not vertical.)
