Pay: £79.69 - £103.45 per day (£20,800 - £27,000 pa perm equivalent)

Elementa are recruiting for an outstanding senior practitioner / Early Years Teacher to join the team. You will be working at a well established, family-run Nursery based in Lyneham who have been operating since 2001. For this post, you may already have leadership experience within a setting or are looking to take the next step in your career. We are looking for someone who is highly driven and motivated, has an eye for detail, and can work flexibly and creatively.
This role is particularly attractive as there is a lot of flexibility on the potential working pattern pending an applicants' level of experience. This could include flexible working hours / days ( 3 long days or 9am - 3pm Mon - Fri, for example) and even the potential for (school) term time only working.
The successful candidate will have:
- The motivation to achieve the very best for the children in our care and be relentless in the pursuit of excellence.
- Proven experience as an outstanding senior Early Years Teacher / Manager / Practitioner.
- Experience of working with children of different ages within the Early Years.
- Excellent inter-personal and leadership skills as well as the ability to inspire and challenge colleagues.
- The ability to lead aspects of our settings continuous reflection, development and improvement to ensure that all children are given opportunities to excel.
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and a good sense of humour!
