Your role will include:

• Delivering engaging, creative, and inspiring lessons that help every learner succeed

• Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

• Planning and assessing learning in line with the curriculum

• Building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents

• Promoting high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and wellbeing

• Developing your skills with the support of experienced school leaders and mentors

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (or is due to achieve it)

• Is passionate about making a positive difference in young people's lives

• Has excellent communication and classroom management skills

• Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn

• Can build positive relationships with students and colleagues

• Holds an Enhanced DBS (or is happy for us to assist with obtaining one)

• Is registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or willing to register
