All of the learners we support are vulnerable and have an EHCP to define their additional needs or an EHCP in progress. Creativity, perseverance and an empathetic approach when working with them is key to engaging them in education and ensuring their progression.

We are seeking someone with previous experience of having worked with children, or other relevant interactions and who is available to offer transport services from a childs' home to the learning sites and also between the sites. You must be flexibly available during the hours of 8:00am - 10:00am & 2:30pm - 4:00pm. The hours will be for 16 - 23 hours per week. We are very open to a job-share for this role and or a hybrid role, provided the overall transport hours are covered. You will be working with children that have additional needs and may have experienced trauma or other adverse childhood experiences, therefore, as a person we're seeking someone, calm, patient and empathetic.
