Elementa is recruiting for a Computer Science Teacher for a popular Secondary School in the Thornbury area of Bristol, this role has the possibility of becoming a permanent role for the right candidate.
You will be working alongside the Head of Computer Science, and helping to support the department in it's operations, and having an impact both in and out the classroom. The school has received significant investment in the past year, with two new computer science labs , including new and high-spec machines. Computer science is a popular choice at GCSE and this role as vital for supporting the Head of Computer Science to increase the uptake to A-level and then towards University, apprenticeships and employment in the sector. This post would be suitable for an ECT, and those with looking for a new start in their career.
Responsibilities to include:
- Teaching across Key Stages 3, 4 & 5
- Planning and marking included
- GSCE & A-Level classes
