About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with confidence delivering engaging lessons to Year 4 and Year 5 pupils.

A passion for creating an inclusive, stimulating learning environment where every child feels supported and encouraged to achieve their potential.

The ability to plan and deliver creative, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of learners with a range of abilities through effective differentiation.

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills, with high expectations for learning and pupil progress.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.

A collaborative approach to working as part of a school team, alongside the flexibility and organisation needed to thrive in a part-time role across two days per week.

A commitment to safeguarding, promoting pupil wellbeing and contributing positively to the wider school community.
Contract & recruitment information
