This role is at a large secondary school academy based in the suburbs of Bristol. This is a key role for the school to appoint for and the successful applicant would become a valued and important part of the school support staff team.
The job role itself is described as: To provide a confidential, high quality secretarial and administrative support service to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and liaise with a variety of stakeholders on behalf of the Academy Principal and SLT. Will also be responsible for co-ordinating lesson cover within the Academy when staff are absent.
The successful applicant will have expert communication & admin skills, as well as the ability to support colleagues and build rapport. The ability to offer foresight and avoid issues to help make the academy operation run smoothly and ultimately ensure that education can be delivered efficiently will also be taken consideration of applicants skillsets.
This role will be appointed for on a temporary basis with the genuine opportunity for the temporary post-holder to be considered for the permanent job opportunity. Initially the contract will be run via Elementa Support Services.
