ALN Teacher

We’re on the lookout for an experienced ALN Teacher with the skills, dedication, and heart to inspire students and create a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to ALN learners
- Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed
- Provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for learners
- Maintain accurate records and comply with safeguarding policies
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous experience with ALN learners (experience in ALN Schools or alternative provision is highly desirable)
- Enhanced DBS (we can assist with your application)
- EWC registration
